About The Position
This position is responsible for the overall flow of patient care; assist providers with patient care, scheduling, examinations, and performing miscellaneous reception and office duties in connection with referrals, appointments, ordering supplies, etc. Northland Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving urban and rural communities across North Dakota. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and support services available.
