Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care by measuring and documenting vital signs
• Escort and room patients; prepare patients for exams and procedures
• Assist providers during examinations and clinical procedures
• Document visits accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Administer medications and vaccines per clinical guidelines
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood specimens
• Triage and process patient phone calls following established protocols
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments, and follow-up instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
• Monitor and restock medical supplies and exam rooms
• Support scheduling, patient check-in, and clerical functions as needed
