Requirements

  • Valid LPN License
  • Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client patient care
  • Excellent communication & organization skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience as an LPN in a related medical field (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Escorts patients to exam rooms and take vitals.
  • Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation Schedule lab tests and Triage patient calls.
  • Assist physician with various procedures & exams
  • Responsibilities vary by practice and specialty
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with medical team to provide patient care
  • Assist physicians with patient office visits, including intake and monitoring vital signs, chief complaint, updating patient information, and providing patient education
  • Managing the daily practice workflow
  • Fielding patient telephone calls and responding appropriately (triage)
  • Documenting in patient's electronic medical record, including patient portal management
  • Responsibilities vary according to specialty, and can include assisting with in-office testing and procedures such as heart and glucose monitoring
