What You’ll Do As a Psychiatric Nurse at our Long-Term Structured Residence, you’ll be a vital member of our care team, helping clients live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Your role includes: Medication Management: Ensure clients stay on track with their treatment plans. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress. Assessment: Evaluate clients, families, and caregivers to provide holistic care. Crisis Intervention: Be the calm in the storm when clients need immediate support. Group Skills: Lead health and wellness sessions that empower clients. Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and community partners. Requirements

  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN License
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • PA Background Clearance, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Certification
