Responsibilities

Administering medications, monitoring responses, and reporting concerns promptly to the supervising clinician.
Performing routine assessments, vital signs, wound care, and daily living support to maintain residents’ comfort and safety.
Assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and rehabilitation activities designed to promote independence.
Contributing to care planning, documenting changes, and collaborating with RNs, therapists, and family members to optimize each resident’s trajectory.
Ensuring infection control practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance are consistently followed.
