About The Position

Role: LPN Location: Falmouth, ME 04105 Contract Duration: 12 weeks contract with possible extension based on performance Shift: 2:45 PM-11:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat) Pay Rate: $42 Contract Duration: 15 weeks contract with possible extension based on performance Shift: 10:45pm to 7:15am (Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat) Pay Rate: $41 Facility OVERVIEW: Specialized Memory Support Community offering individualized care for those living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited LPN program Active LPN license from the state in which you plan to work Minimum 6 months of LPN work experience Push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and walking CPR certification Job Responsibilities: Admitting, discharging, and transferring patients. Taking and reporting patient vital signs. Administering medications as ordered and reporting adverse reactions. Dressing patient wounds and collecting blood and urine samples. Communicating effectively with patients and family members. Providing timely documentation that’s accurate and organized. Restocking supplies, medications, and equipment. Requirements
