Concordia at Bethlen is a faith-based, non-profit continuing care retirement community located in historic Ligonier, Pennsylvania. Joining the Concordia family in 2023, Bethlen has a rich history of caring for the needs of others dating back to 1921. The service organization consists of 44 retirement living cottages, 72 personal care units and 96 skilled nursing units. We are hiring experienced, and dedicated Full-Time, Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) at Concordia at Bethlen Personal Care. Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing

Responsibilities

Medication administration following all applicable policies and rules
Timely and accurate documentation
Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises/monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders
Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident’s condition, incidents, and problem resolution
