Licensed Practical Nurse Twelve Hour Shift
About The Position
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for meaningful, one-on-one care where your clinical skills truly matter? ComForCare Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable LPNs to support a client with a progressive neurological condition requiring advanced mobility assistance and enteral feeding support . This role primarily involves 12-hour overnight shifts , with opportunities to also cover 12-hour daytime shifts for interested and qualified nurses. This is a private-duty case requiring consistent, attentive nursing care in a home setting. The client has complex neurological needs and relies on skilled LPN support to maintain comfort, safety, and dignity throughout extended shifts. All care is provided in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and under RN guidance. Requirements
- Hold an active LPN license in good standing
- Have experience or strong interest in complex neurological or long-term care

Responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring enteral feedings , including overnight care
- Providing skilled clinical observation and support
- Assisting with advanced mobility needs and repositioning
- Supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and overall condition
- Communicating clearly with the care team and family
- Delivering calm, compassionate, one-on-one nursing care
