About The Position
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse(Days/Nights) for a 13-week travel assignment in Cordova, AK. Contract Details 545a-615p or 545p-615a Start Date: 4/27/2026 Contract: 16 weeks Location: Cordova, AK 99574 Hourly Pay: $ 26.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $1,099.00 Weekly Total Pay: $1,801.00 Housing: Client provides housing within walking distance of the hospital. NO pets allowed in provided housing. CCMC will arrange travel if needed. Bed Size: 0-49 Holiday Coverage Required: Yes LPN position on the floor covering swing bed and acute inpatients.
Requirements
- Must have at least one year of medical assistant experience.
- Must be IV certified. AK license, ACLS, PALS required.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Drug screen and background check (facility required)
- Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
Responsibilities
- Observing patients to assess overall wellness, address basic needs and report concerns to Doctors
- Communicating with patients and care team providers
- Administering medication via various methods such as injections
- Educating patients and caregivers on medication requirements, wound care and nutritional needs
- Collecting blood draws and other specimens necessary for monitoring or diagnosing patients
