About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Camber Children's Mental Health Hospital, Wichita KS Starting Pay: $23.00-25 per hour (Based on Experience & Education) $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!! Camber Children’s Mental Health in Wichita is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. Requirements
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; certification as an LPN
- Licensure: Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Kansas; valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Experience: Three to six months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate care to children and adolescents
- Support the nursing and clinical team in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Monitor patient safety and participate in crisis response as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child
Benefits
- Starting Pay: $23-25 per hour, based on education and experience, plus differentials
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Shift Differentials: +$3.00/hour for weekday evenings/overnights, +$5.00/hour for weekend evenings/overnights
- Schedule: Full-time, 7PM–7AM, 36 hours per week
