Per Diem Nurses are expected to provide medical assessment, care to persons served and other essential functions such as cleaning, driving the van, etc.; communicate professionally to persons served and their families, BAMSI employees, funders, and other stakeholders; complete documentation requirements; and, fulfill other duties as outlined in the Per Diem Agreement.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in MA
• Driver's license
• Reliable car
• Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional)
• Clear communication
• Basic computer use
• Teamwork
• Must be fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assessment

• Per Diems are eligible to participate in the BAMSI 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan and any other legally required programs that may have service requirements or other eligibility requirements for participation, such as the Massachusetts Earned Sick Time Law, M.G.
