Tennessee State Veterans Home (TSVH) Clarksville is a fast-paced, high-quality long-term care facility proudly serving our nations veterans. Our facility ranks in the top 3% nationally according to CMS and is recognized as a leader in nursing home care. We are seeking dedicated LPNs for all shifts. Position Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct resident care in accordance with physician orders, established policies, and standards of practice. The LPN works closely with RN Supervisors, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Requirements
- Current, active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
- This position requires a criminal background check.
- Employment and professional references are also required.

- Previous long-term care experience preferred (13 years); new graduates will be considered
