How you’ll make an impact in this role Support patient health and recovery by conducting vital clinical assessments and monitoring well-being to ensure early intervention and high-quality outcomes. Manage treatment and medication safety by administering prescribed therapies and closely observing patient responses to ensure every treatment is effective and safe. Perform essential diagnostic and therapeutic services by executing laboratory tests and treatments that provide the data needed for accurate medical decisions. Empower patients and families through education by translating complex discharge plans into clear, holistic self-care instructions that ensure a successful recovery at home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
