About The Position
Health Services Administrator (HSA) Location: Blount County jail, Oneonta AL Employment Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday | On-site Position Summary TK Health seeks an experienced Licensed Practica l Nurse to oversee daily medical operations and nursing staff at Blount County Jail. As the facility’s HSA you will manage clinical care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary liaison between custody leadership and our regional leadership team. Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted Arkansas or multi-state LPN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of correctional or secure-facility experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all nursing services and health-services administration
- Train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff; maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Monitor quality-assurance metrics and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with custody officials to ensure safe, efficient patient care
