About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Florida to join our growing remote care team. This is a telecommute position focused on providing virtual support to Medicare and Medicaid patients across the state. Requirements

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in Florida (required).
• Residence in Florida with a HIPAA-compliant, private home workspace.
• Experience working with Medicare/Medicaid populations.
• Familiarity with medical billing practices related to government insurance programs.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of LPN experience.
• Previous work in telehealth or virtual clinical roles.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care via telehealth platforms.
• Monitor health conditions, administer care instructions, and manage follow-up virtually.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure accurate treatment planning and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on medication, disease management, and preventive care.
• Record care activity, vital signs, and follow-ups using an electronic health record (EHR).
• Support Medicare and Medicaid patients and assist with documentation and billing workflows.
