Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with no negative indicators
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent LPN experience
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English
- Must meet VA credentialing requirements
- Verifiable education, licensure, certifications, and work history
- Completion of VA mandatory annual training, including: Compliance & Business Integrity Emergency Preparedness Infection Control Government Ethics Safety & Security VA Privacy & HIPAA Training
- Must meet infection control and immunization requirements (TB/PPD, influenza vaccine, etc.)
- Must comply with OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards
- Must pass background investigation, E-Verify, and citizenship requirements
- Must not appear on the HHS OIG Excluded Individuals/Entities List
