The LPN is responsible for providing healthcare services for the programs, including medication administration in accordance with State and DCPP regulations. Comply with standards set forth by the NJ State Board of Nursing and Agency policies. Observe and document residential response to psychotropic and non-psychotropic medications in the Electronic Health Record. Complete APN/Physician orders. Provide on-going nursing assessments and nursing treatments on residents in accordance with NJ nursing licensing standards and Agency policies. Administer medications, evaluations and assisting with admissions and Nursing groups. Other assignments under scope of practice of LPN. Hours: Part-time, Every other weekend from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Position is part-time and includes the following benefits: NJ Earned Sick Time Advancement opportunities
