We’re seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents. What You’ll Do: Provide and oversee quality medical care, ensuring all resident health needs are met. Support residents’ personal care and health education to promote independence. Supervise and guide nursing staff during assigned shifts. Administer and monitor medications/treatments, and manage medical supplies. Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership about resident care needs. Document care using computerized systems and ensure accurate follow-up. Why Dakota Alpha? Requirements

• Current ND Nursing License.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to collaborate and work as an active, positive team member.
