About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospice PRN/Weekend Shift Location: Chillicothe, OH Mileage Reimbursement About Us National Church Residences Home Health, based in Southern Ohio, is a leading Home Health & Hospice agency backed by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team. Requirements
- Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
- Experience : One to two years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Licensure : Active and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Ohio.
