About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Rosebud Village, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
• Proficient medication management skills
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence) to residents, family members, customers and staff

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of residents
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents
