About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within our Personal Care facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while providing leadership and support to our nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Shifts are 7p-7a 2 nights a week and every other weekend, we offer an excellent benefit package after 60 days including medical, dental and vision insurance as well as other perks. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of licensed practical nurses and PC Aides and MED TECHS - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures - Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff - Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans - Monitor patient care quality and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information - Participate in staffing schedules and manage resource allocation effectively Join our team and be part of a supportive, growth-oriented environment committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements

  • Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of PA or have multi-state license
  • Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills
