About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within our Personal Care facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while providing leadership and support to our nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Shifts are 7p-7a 2 nights a week and every other weekend, we offer an excellent benefit package after 60 days including medical, dental and vision insurance as well as other perks. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of licensed practical nurses and PC Aides and MED TECHS - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures - Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff - Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans - Monitor patient care quality and address any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information - Participate in staffing schedules and manage resource allocation effectively Join our team and be part of a supportive, growth-oriented environment committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements

Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of PA or have multi-state license
Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills

Responsibilities
