Requirements

  • Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina
  • 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans
  • Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift
  • Supervise and direct other care staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes
  • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs
