The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Requirements

• MUST have an LPN license
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• BS or other diploma from a nursing program

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents
• Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
• Observing residents and appropriately documenting
• Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
• Follow safety guidelines
