How you’ll make an impact in this role Administers medications and treatments, monitors residents’ medical conditions, reports changes, and provides direct nursing care under the supervision of the Unit Manager and RN Supervisor. Maintains accurate medical records, protects confidential information, and ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement programs. Supervises CNAs, assists physicians during procedures, supports residents and families during crises, and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Upholds the facility’s mission and core values through professional conduct, ongoing education, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Must possess Basic Life Support Certification credentials, required. Current New York State LPN License, required. Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing, required. Work Experience: On the job training provided. One (1) year medical-surgical skilled nursing home experience, preferred. Requirements
- Must possess Basic Life Support Certification credentials, required.
- Current New York State LPN License, required.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing, required.
