About The Position
LPN Responsibilities: Admitting new residents Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents
Requirements
- LPN License
- Patience, Compassion, Kindness
- Critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Observational & Communication skills
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
