Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Amberwell Health at Home and Hospice is responsible for the care of both home health and hospice patients. The LPN will be knowledgeable in assessing home health and hospice patients and will be able to recognize complications and provide the appropriate care and implement necessary interventions under the supervision of an RN. The LPN will have well-rounded analytical knowledge, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices in home health and hospice nursing. The LPN will have outstanding interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities. The LPN for this position will “make a difference” in customer and employee experience and is committed to patient satisfaction and quality care.
