About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Requirements

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
  • Proficient medication management skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
