About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Skilled Nursing team, with a passion for pediatric/adult care. This role involves providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes, fostering client relationships, and observing their milestones. The position offers traditional shift types (4, 8, or 10 hours) and focuses on caring for a single client per shift.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
