Founded in Brockton, MA in 1975, BAMSI is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to "bringing people and services together." They work with children, families, individuals, and seniors, impacting over 50,000 lives annually. BAMSI's mission is to meet each person where they are so they can learn, grow, and thrive, with a commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Accessibility, creating a holistic system of care, and abolishing the stigmas surrounding mental illness, disability, and addiction. Joining BAMSI's nursing team means becoming part of a group of dedicated caregivers, including RNs and LPNs, who focus on hands-on, personalized direct care, challenging critical thinking and analytical abilities, and supporting wellness. This role requires assignment to a primary program and the ability to provide coverage across the designated program region/cluster. As a Nurse, you will be an essential part of community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury, and/or mental illness, with homes housing 3-8 individuals, fostering relationships with those cared for and their families.
