About The Position
Monarch Landing, Naperville’s premier Life Plan Community, is looking for caring, hospitality-driven Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support team! Requirements
- Active LPN license in Illinois
- Strong communication skills and a heart for service
- Dependable, compassionate, and calm under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents
- Work closely with RNs and other interdisciplinary team members
- Support care plans and ensure high standards of resident safety and dignity
- Promote independence and well-being in a homelike, engaging setting
Benefits
- $32–$34/hour, based on experience
- $1.50/hour 2nd shift differential
