About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a contract assignment in an outpatient clinical setting. The LPN will provide direct patient care, support clinical operations, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Active New York State LPN license
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
