Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in healthcare settings preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.
- Support patients with activities of daily living while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the clinical environment.
