About The Position

As a BAYADA LPN, you will provide skilled one-on-one care in clients’ homes across Fort Wayne, giving you the time to focus and deliver life-changing care. The role offers 24/7 clinical support, paid training tailored to each case, and a flexible schedule. Fast-track hiring incentives are available for nurses who can complete onboarding quickly. BAYADA serves clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs, supporting them in their homes to build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized, high-quality care. Opportunities are available in Fort Wayne, Huntington, Ossian, and surrounding areas, with additional opportunities throughout Central and Northwestern Indiana.

Requirements

Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities
