St. Ann’s Community is currently looking for driven Licensed Practical Nurse for the St. Ann’s Care Center, located on the Webster Campus. The primary focus of this position is to provide high quality and individualized patient care in collaboration with our Nursing Team while supervising CNA and RST staff. St. Ann’s Community Offers: · Night Shift, Starting at $28.50 - $34.25/hr. · $4/hr. - Evening Differential · $6/hr. - All Shifts Weekend Differential · Dental, Health & Vision · 403(b) Retirement Plan · Tuition Reimbursement & Scholarship Opportunities · HSA ($1000/year contribution from St. Ann’s) · Career growth – paid training to become an RN
Requirements
- Valid NYSED LPN Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (BLS)
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year experience in working with Elders - Preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admission and throughout the course of treatment
- Provide regular patient status updates
- Update assessment of each patient’s medical status upon admission
- Assist in implementation of the patient’s treatment plan under direction of Registered Nurse
- Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner
