Join Our Team We’re hiring a full-time/part-time per diem LPN for both North Side/West/East side areas. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll deliver 1:1 patient care in the home setting. Requirements

Current, unencumbered Licensed Practice Nurse license in the state of Arizona
At least 1 year of home health nursing experience
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
Knowledgeable in health and safety standards and compliance
Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, BLS CPR card, and current TB skin test or chest X-ray
Physically capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and transferring up to 50 pounds
