About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties & Responsibilities

Obtain and document vitals prior to provider encounter
Obtain and document past medical, family and social history
Communicate with Physicians and Mid-Level Providers
Prioritizing actions based on level of importance or urgency
Answers phone lines as assigned and triage effectively, dispatching to the appropriate areas
Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Current state LPN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Current Medical Certificate required
• 1 year(s) of Clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems
