Responsibilities
- Contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording objective and subjective data.
- Provides direct care in a safe manner.
- Evaluation of the plan of care on a continuous basis.
- Effectively communicates in writing and orally with patients/families and other health team members.
- Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery in assigned area.
Requirements
- Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing - LPN
- No prior work experience required.
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification from American Heart Association.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Mississippi Board of Nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification from Tennessee Board of Nursing.
