About The Position

Requirements

• LIC-Licensed Practical Nurse - Tennessee certification required.
• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients/families and healthcare providers in the delivery of healthcare services.
• Partners with the healthcare team by following established plans of care to ensure patient progress for effective outcomes.
• Supports plans to promote health and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Participates in the development of the plan of care in consultation with the licensed healthcare team.
