About The Position
At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position during the day. The LPN will assist in the direction of nursing services for the unit/hall, in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes delegating duties to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, monitoring work performance, observing patients for symptoms and reactions, and assisting with notifying attending physicians of emergencies and patient deaths. The LPN will implement changes in orders as instructed or ordered by physicians and perform other duties as assigned.
