Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled care facility in Queens, NY. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to long-term care residents, ensuring adherence to care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility. Ensure compliance with infection control and facility protocols. Respond to emergencies and provide timely interventions. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program. Licensure/Certifications: Active New York State LPN license. Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required). Experience : Must have at least one (1) year of long-term care experience in a nursing home setting or one (1) year of hospital experience. Soft Skills : Strong communication, adaptability to rotating shifts, and teamwork. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
- Active New York State LPN license.
- Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required).
