Requirements

  • Current LPN license in good standing (required).

  • Familiarity with phQ-9 assessments, EMR systems, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to clinical guru for patients, families, and the care team, offering hands-on support and empathetic guidance every step of the way.
  • Capture comprehensive histories, prep exam rooms with precision and care, and assist in procedures like a proactive superstar.
  • Provide age-sensitive, culturally aware care that respects and uplifts every child and family.
  • Champion medication and treatment management, follow up on labs, and schedule referrals like a clinical ninja.
  • Keep the care team connected through clear communication, team huddles, and positive energy.
  • Be a data-savvy, EMR-wielding wizard who documents thoroughly and accurately.
