Our RN's deliver various personal care and services in accordance with an established plan of care and provide the personal needs and comfort of patients in their homes. In this role, you will work with our clients in their homes, helping them with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks as needed, according to their requirements and limitations. You will provide compassionate care and assistance and document clients' progress to help ensure their overall wellbeing. If you have the following requirements and qualifications, we want you!
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting (3–5 years preferred)
- Home health or private duty experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and provide safe, quality patient care
- Ability to assist with patient mobility and physical care task
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect
- Driver’s License or State-Issued ID
- Active RN License
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- TB Test Results
- Social Security Card
- Vaccination Card
- Fingerprinting / Background Check Clearance

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance

- Engaging in exercises and play-based activities to make sessions fun
- Assisting with potty training
- Supporting the use of an AAC device
