About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works collaboratively in an interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model (i.e., patient aligned care team). The incumbent is primarily responsible for patient and clinic flow, efficiency of the clinic, customer service, and teamwork. The LPN position is located at the Greenwood Outpatient Clinic, Louisville, KY.
