About The Position
This position focuses on making members/patients and their needs a primary focus of one's actions, developing and sustaining productive member/patient relationships. The role involves actively seeking information to understand member/patient circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs, building rapport and cooperative relationships with members/patients, and considering how actions or plans will affect them. The position requires responding quickly to meet member/patient needs and resolving problems while performing duties under the Nurse Practice Act.
