LPN Licensed Practical Nurse In Home Visits
About The Position
Integrity Home Health Care is recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) for routine in-home patient visits in Pulaski, Wright, Camden, and Morgan Counties. This role involves 30-60 minute visits focused on medication setup and general health assessments. The position offers flexible scheduling, with options for part-time up to full-time hours, and explicitly states no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties (unless desired by the Nurse/Client for visits). Nurses will work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities to support independence and quality of life. The company provides a company car from the Lebanon office or offers mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use. Requirements
- Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities

- Work one on one with patients in their home and community to help them maintain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest
