About The Position

MANA Family Medicine SW Bentonville is seeking an experienced, reliable LPN or RN to join our patient-focused team. This role supports physicians in delivering high-quality care, maintaining clinic flow, and ensuring patients receive the attention and follow-up they need.

Requirements

  • Graduation certificate from accredited LPN/RN school of nursing
  • Active LPN/RN license
  • 1 year experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Ensures pre-visit planning workflow is completed prior to visit, whenever possible
  • Optimizes care coordination with; hospitals, emergency room, consulting physicians, and community resources as needed
  • Develops workflow to ensure smooth transition of care for patients treated in facility by a specialty position or other healthcare provider
  • Reviews after visit summary with patients when appropriate
  • Triage patients to ensure productive departmental flow
