How you’ll make an impact in this role Clinical Excellence: Take a lead role in comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing your sharp clinical intuition to monitor well-being and proactively manage patient outcomes. Precision Care: Safely administer medications and treatments, maintaining a vigilant eye for adverse reactions to ensure the highest standards of patient safety. Diagnostic & Therapeutic Support: Execute vital laboratory tests and therapeutic services that form the backbone of our diagnostic process. Patient Advocacy & Education: Empower patients and their families by demystifying complex treatment plans. You will serve as the essential link to their recovery, providing the clear guidance and resources they need for a confident transition to self-care and long-term wellness. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional preferences we're seeking IV Certification: You must possess a current IV Certification at the time of hire to perform essential functions. Minimum of 1 year experience as LPN strongly preferred. Requirements
