About The Position

The LPN - Rotate - Med/Surg/Peds is a Licensed Practical Nurse who performs nursing care procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse. They may also function as an assistant to a qualified Registered Nurse in more complex nursing situations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Michigan LPN license.
• BCLS certification current or within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of current trends and techniques in nursing as an LPN.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to patients and families.

Nice To Haves

• Recent medical, surgical, pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
