Senior Community Care of North Carolina PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization. The LPN-Med Room under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Care Manager and in coordination with the Medication Technician, is responsible for the effective management and provision participant medications provided via the PACE medication department. Administers medications, implements primary care orders, and evaluates participant needs physically and/or by telephone. Provides education to Senior Community Care participants and caregiver in regards to plan of care and medications. Communicates with participant's primary care givers, physician, clinic staff and interdisciplinary team
