About The Position
LPN-Long Term Care Contract Monday-Friday (EOW) Pay starting at $33/hr Join WorkFit Medical Staffing as an LPN in Long-Term Care and make a difference in the lives of residents in need of compassionate care. We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver outstanding patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As an LPN, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing nursing care and monitoring the health status of residents. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team. Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate health records. Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Adhering to infection control and safety measures to maintain a healthy environment.
Requirements
- Current NY State LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
